Job Description

Office Manager / Executive Assistant

This position is tailored to encompass office/property management responsibilities, along with executive assistant tasks for entrepreneurial business owners.

$20/hr; PART TIME: M – F 9:30am – 2:30pm

We’re looking for a candidate for a customized role. We own & operate a growing business portfolio including live event production, venues and real estate. The role we are building will be one that facilitates office management & assistant work for owners pertaining to all of our businesses that are ran from our main office in Lawrence, KS.

Office Management

This role’s daily main responsibilities will encompass office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing assigned banking tasks, organizing the office & office activities, setting up office & property appointments, greeting guests, managing company vehicle appts & rental schedule, managing real estate properties & coordinating maintenance & appointments with tenants.

Executive Assistant

Assistant tasks entail filing, running errands, answering and returning calls, scheduling, managing travel needs, etc.

This position offers the potential for growth aligned with the individual's skills and willingness to undertake additional responsibilities related to the business. It also presents the opportunity to work extra hours, including support with personal assistant tasks, to facilitate our focus on core business activities. It is preferred the person filling the role resides in Lawrence to oversee the office and immediate on site needs.

· Previous experience in an assistant and/or office management role is a plus.

· Background and reference checks are required.

· Must have a reliable vehicle
