Freelance Graphic Artist - NBC Sports Bay Area Full-time Business Segment: NBCUniversal Local NBCUniversal is a leading media and entertainment company creating world-class content across film, television, streaming, theme parks, and consumer experiences. Note: This is a project/limited-term position lasting up to 12 months. As a graphic artist, you will collaborate with departments such as Live Events, Studio Shows, Marketing, Social, Digital, and Sales to create graphics using templates and original designs. Responsibilities include: Create and deliver real-time graphics for pre- and post-game shows using company templates. Assist with daily/nightly graphics needs for live broadcasts. Develop innovative ideas for broadcast and social media graphics. Design graphics for TV, social media, web, and sales platforms. Create social media artwork. Produce show packages and sponsorship elements. Perform other duties as assigned by the Creative Services Manager. Basic Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator). Knowledge of sports. Desired Characteristics: Strong design composition, typography, and timing skills. Passion for sports TV and media. Additional Requirements: Unrestricted work authorization in the U.S. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends. Fully remote position. Salary range: $28/hr - $36/hr.
