Join our growing team of Chicago Area Direct Marketing Associates! Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We seek an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to enhance our customer experience in home upgrades. Interested in joining us? This position offers uncapped commission plus base pay. Successful candidates can earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year . Starting base pay is $20/hour , depending on experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter will share specific details during hiring. Purpose This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. Responsibilities include recording accurate data on prospective customers and market areas. The role offers a base monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement. Transport to territories and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally. Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately. Maintain professionalism, appearance, and required permits. Attend meetings as required. Provide feedback to improve canvassing effectiveness. Master product knowledge and promotional offerings.
