Responsibilities Await:

• Guide the scope definition and articulate the value of our products over competitors.
• Lead teams, particularly focusing on specialists in drive systems.
• Engage with various teams, assessing and crafting responses to new opportunities.
• Drive the whole process from initial bid requests to final solution design and execution.

Your Skill Set Includes:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields.
• Authorization to work in the US with relevant travel and licensing capabilities.

Bring More to the Table:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in roles such as project engineering or consulting.
• Knowledge of broader Rockwell Automation applications and third-party integrations.

Expect a base salary ranging from $124,000 to $187,000 in California, complemented by an 8% annual target bonus.
