The Global Technology Solutions (GTS) Sr. Director, Brand Enablement is a key leader accountable for serving as the strategic bridge between Gap Inc.’s enterprise product organization and the Old Navy brand. This role ensures alignment between enterprise capabilities and brand strategies while driving measurable business impact. The GTS Sr. Director, Brand Enablement partners with Brand and business leaders, across multiple Digital product teams, and with Global Technology Services (GTS) leaders to plan, drive a digital vision and roadmap, and prioritize initiatives through a lens of customer experience, business impact, and outcomes focus. This role serves as the connective tissue between the Old Navy brand and GTS Digital Product teams, eliminating redundant touchpoints and reducing the overhead currently experienced by brands independently managing multiple team relationships. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining a unified digital product strategy that maximizes brand business value while optimizing dedicated resource utilization in concert with shared digital capabilities; serving as the primary strategic partner to brand leadership, translating business priorities into focused digital initiatives while simplifying the current complex web of team interactions; championing and driving measurable business outcomes for the brand by ensuring digital product investments directly support revenue growth, customer experience improvements, and operational efficiency goals; leading strategic planning and prioritization processes across teams, balancing brand-specific needs with enterprise-wide objectives; overseeing governance, prioritization, and resource allocation to maximize impact across the portfolio; establishing and monitoring key performance metrics across the digital product portfolio, ensuring transparency and accountability in product delivery; partnering with brand leadership to translate business strategies into actionable digital product roadmaps while maintaining consistency in delivery approaches; acting as a servant leader to the brand and GTS, enabling key brand and Digital Product leaders to remain focused on delivering outcomes; building and maintaining strong relationships with brand stakeholders, technology leaders, and product teams to drive collaboration and remove barriers to delivery; establishing a streamlined engagement model between the brand and GTS digital product teams, reducing coordination overhead; facilitating cross-functional conversations focused on key accomplishments, risks, and roadblocks while encouraging leadership debate on solutions; driving operational excellence across GTS digital product teams through standardized frameworks and shared best practices, reducing redundant processes and accelerating delivery; engaging with technical architecture, digital strategy, and enterprise risk teams to ensure solutions meet company standards. Requirements include 12+ years of digital product management experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles; proven track record of leading large-scale digital product organizations across multiple business units or brands; strong understanding of modern product development methodologies and digital transformation; experience in portfolio management and resource optimization across distributed teams; excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication; deep understanding of digital product metrics and performance measurement.
