About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Americas Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in the primary AMR channel to market, with a focus on driving profitable revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and brand value. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in developing and executing growth strategies, particularly in the clinical market and life sciences sector. The SVP/GM will be tasked with building and overseeing the regional commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with global strategy, and using market knowledge to influence the company's ability to serve customers, especially in the clinical market. Key responsibilities include understanding and directing the organizational and market levers for growth, managing operational expenses, and fostering a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have a combination of experience in both large and small companies, strong knowledge of the regulatory, market access, and compliance business environment in the clinical market, and a history of building performance cultures. The role demands a leader with strong negotiation and problem-resolution skills, the ability to resolve conflicts, and a proven track record in driving execution excellence. A background in clinical oncology markets is highly preferred, and the candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in sales, with a focus on high-growth revenues and clinical markets.
