We are seeking a  Home Building Construction Manager to step into a leadership role within our strong, established operations team. This position has become available due to management advancing within the company. Your Mission

Take full ownership of our custom home-building projects, delivering them on time, on budget, and with impeccable quality. This hands-on role demands focus, exceptional organization, and the ability to inspire and manage contractors effectively. Starting as an  On-Site Project Manager , you will learn the ins and outs of the role, preparing to oversee and manage our project managers for accountability and excellence in the near future.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Learn and Lead: Start by mastering the project manager role to prepare for managing the team in the near future.
  • Lead from the Front: Inspire and oversee contractors to ensure top-quality construction for custom-designed homes.
  • Own the Schedule: Drive efficiency by managing and executing detailed construction schedules with precision and urgency.
  • Demand Excellence: Train, inspect, and coach contractors to consistently exceed expectations.
  • Engage Customers: Build trust and deliver an unparalleled experience through direct communication with homeowners.
  • Drive Success: Visit multiple job sites daily, ensuring every aspect of construction runs smoothly and on time.

Compensation: $120,000 - $200,000 per year

  • Salary Range varies greatly on purpose- There is much opportunity in this position , but you have to earn it. It is evaluated by the value that we feel you bring to our team and our customers.
