Are you a high-energy COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION SALES professional with a passion for the construction industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! (Please note that you MUST have significant sales experience within the COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION construction industry, ideally in the construction safety sector in order to qualify for this role. This is a dealbreaker requirement .)

We are seeking a results-oriented Outside Commercial Construction Sales Representative to join our Florida Regional Office in Delray Beach, FL, managing key accounts within East coast - Central Florida. This is your opportunity to work with a company that has been a leader in highway safety products for over 50 years, supplying innovative solutions across North America and over 100 international markets.

COMPENSATION : $75,000 base salary with unlimited commissions (skies the limit); earn up to 3% increase in base salary annually based on annual performance review, year over year.

Additional Benefits : Per diem, company vehicle, company cellphone, computer, monitor, etc. (for home office), fuel card, and full insurance benefits.

Traveling Expectations : On any given week, you must be willing to travel up to 4 days a week visiting customers which will require overnight stay. Zero out of pocket expenses. Other weeks, you may spend more time locally and/or work from home.

Office From Home : You must lives in the greater area (East coast - Central Florida area) of the Delray Beach, FL but will work from home when not visiting customers.

Your Role:
As an Outside Commercial Construction Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our reach, developing relationships with customers, and driving sales and rental revenue. You’ll be the face of our company, delivering outstanding customer service while managing key accounts, securing new business, and collaborating with partners across the industry.

What You’ll Do:
Drive Sales & Revenue – Identify and close sales opportunities within the Florida market.
Expand Key Accounts – Strengthen relationships with existing customers and develop new ones.
Engage with Decision-Makers – Work closely with architectural, engineering, and design firms on product specifications.
Consultative Selling – Provide product recommendations, technical expertise, and solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
On-Site Visits & Presentations – Meet clients face-to-face, attend regional conferences, and lead product demonstrations.
Work with Distributors – Manage and oversee distribution partnerships for optimal efficiency.
Track Projects & Market Trends – Stay ahead of industry developments, pricing trends, and construction schedules.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with inside sales, logistics, and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

3+ years of proven sales experience in commercial construction-related industries (highway/traffic safety, commercial, or vertical construction preferred).

Strong background in construction safety products and traffic control solutions is ideal.

✔ Proven success in account management, customer service, and equipment rentals.

✔ Highly motivated & goal-oriented – You thrive on hitting targets and closing deals.

✔ Exceptional communication & negotiation skills.

✔ Proficiency in CRM software & Microsoft Office Suite.

✔ Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
