Job Responsibilities: Ability to speak and maintain professionalism to customers, team members, and vendors. Self-motivated with good grammar and a professional phone presence. Ability to manage stress, difficult or emotional customer situations. Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain attendance based on business needs. Works well in group problem solving situations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking while completing daily goals. Responds promptly to customer service requests and assists with all customers' questions and concerns. Contribute to building a positive team spirit and puts success of team above personal interests. Self-motivated with good grammar and a professional phone presence. Responsible for answering inbound and placing outbound calls. Complete and receive calls using call taking features and scripts given in training.
