Job Responsibilities
Emissions
Perform emission transparency for FTP’s
Conduct FTP emissions testing with prototype vehicles
Conduct emissions transparency sign-off testing
Understanding of Emission Regulatory requirements, including OBD
Comprehensive knowledge of internal combustion engines and effective engine and vehicle test methods
OBDII
Understanding of the On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) calibration process for multiple monitors, testing, and or documentation required for self-certification
Provide any OBD calibration tuning to complete the required self cert test
Conduct R05 OBDII Self-Cert for the required sub-set of monitors
Any GPF calibration experience is advantageous
