We are seeking a highly motivated Bottle Server to join our team. As a Bottle Server, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by providing top-tier bottle service, maintaining the highest standards of luxury and professionalism, and ensuring our VIP guests have an unforgettable night. This role combines exceptional customer service with a glamorous and captivating presence, enhancing the guest experience by delivering drinks and creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere.

What You Will Do

  • Provide attentive and personalized bottle service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and with a high level of professionalism.

  • Set up and present bottles of premium spirits, mixers, and garnishes, ensuring that everything is presented with precision and flair.

  • Engage with VIP guests, ensuring they are satisfied with their service and offering suggestions for bottle selections or other services available at the nightclub.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that tables and service areas are kept tidy and stocked.

  • Assist in maintaining the club's high standards of customer service and ambiance by providing excellent service in an energetic and friendly manner.

  • Work closely with security and other staff members to ensure guest safety and a seamless service experience.

  • Uphold the nightclub's policies and procedures, including handling payments and tips, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded.

  • Assist with the setup, breakdown, and general upkeep of the VIP areas.

  • Be proactive in anticipating guest needs, offering exceptional service to all patrons, and resolving any issues swiftly.

  • Coordinate with bartenders, other servers, and the bar team to ensure smooth service.

  • Maintain a polished appearance, adhering to the nightclub's dress code and grooming standards.

  • Create visually appealing and engaging content for social media, including photos, videos, and stories featuring drink preparation and entertainment.

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as per business need.

About You :

  • 1+ years' experience in a high-volume night club setting.

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Exude confidence and have a captivating presence, maintaining a polished and stylish appearance that aligns with the nightclub's image.

  • Previous experience in bottle service, bartending, or a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact comfortably with high-profile clientele.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining professionalism.

  • A keen eye for detail and presentation.

  • Ability to work late-night hours, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • A passion for nightlife and providing an exceptional guest experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely, and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards.

  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10 - 20 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds on a regular (or occasional basis).

  • Ability to stand for prolong periods of time.

  • Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the property. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment.

  • Climbing steps regularly.
