"We had a nice fiberglass shower enclosure refinished to a different color. The original color was a pink/salmon and the new color was white. The refinishing was beautiful and completely as expected. The price was much, much less than replacing the enclosure. The work was done as scheduled. Dennis was was both courteous and respective of us and our house. The work was done professionally, neatly and efficiently. He explained everything as he went and came back 3 days later as planned to do the final caulking and for masking removal. This process saved us a small fortune compared to replacing the enclosure. I would strongly recommend this company."
They had to do a lot of prep work on my 1970, Chocolate Brown tub. It is actually hard to believe the change. It looks like a brand new tub. I have given their name to several friends.
"The owner Randy, had his son, James, refinish our aging (1954 vintage) bathtub. James was very professional and did an outstanding job on our very cracked tub. This tub was refinished just 6 years ago by someone else and it looked terrible (full of cracks). James methodically removed all the product and got down to our original porcelain bathtub. He was patient,& quiet, professional and respectful in our home. He did not make a mess and completed the job in a timely fashion, cleaning up after himself as each process was finished. When he completed the job he made sure that we knew the process for drying and laid out the instructions to us for the next 48 hours. 48 hours later, our tub looks amazing! It looks brand new! Was booked a month out when I called but it was well worth it. Tub looks fabulous. It only took one day for the work to be done. The chemical smell is strong but as the finish dries it dissipates. It isn't cheap but it's worth it when you consider how easy it is to clean now and how shiny and new it looks. It's not slippery at all either
"Our 65 year old porcelain tub is original to the house and we didn't want to change the character of our bathroom with something modern. However, when we moved into our house, the tub was in such disrepair that the finish was terribly pock marked to the point of looking like swiss cheese. (It had been refinished at some point long ago in the past and the finish had worn/flaked off.) It took about 5 hours to strip the old finish and refinish it. The result was unbelievably amazing! Our tub looks brand new and we couldn't be happier! Would definitely recommend his professional, thorough, and quality work to anyone!"
"Very courteous when making arrangements. They explained how to prepare the tub and checking to ensure that the drain was free of rust. They prepped area and completed the work, and then when finished gave instructions for "hands off" for the next 48+ hours to ensure a good finish. The proper method of cleaning was discussed and which products o use. We are please with the job, and a "well worn" tub from 1972 has been refinished and looks as good as new, and it was certainly a better option than replacing the tub. We would use Mr Heiden again, and do not hesitate to recommend him."

"It went smoothly and the team was professional and the result looks fantastic. We're very pleased with the work. We had recently had our bathroom remodeled and decided to keep the tub - it was in good shape other than the finish. One person from Heiden (local family business) cleaned and sanded the tub, removed the drain and covered the faucet. Then, another person came and did the spraying. We expected more odor but between our exhaust fan and the fan they brought, there wasn't much odor other than in the bathroom. Again, we're very happy with the service and results and would use them again."

"He came over and we reviewed the final options. He was very honest and told me what I needed and did not oversell. He discussed having a slip proof bottom which I accepted and what he could and could not do with the tub due to some scratches. He was on time and gave me a very accurate bid prior to starting the job. The job of prepping and then painting the baby blue tub white and dry time took 2 days as he said it would. I was very pleased with the final outcome."
"I have 3 bathroom sinks that were stained by what I thought was toilet bowl cleaner and I called Randy. He wanted to see the sinks first. He then asked me if he could try something that would save me money and not have my sinks shut down for 3 days to cure. Of course, I said yes. Randy pulled out some cleaner and was able to remove all the stains from the sinks.

"Our newly resurfaced tub looks amazing. The process of refinishing was intense. Our bathroom doesn't have a window so they brought along adequate equipment to ventilate the fumes out the side door, and later fans positioned skillfully to take advantage of close by windows. Both Randy (I think that was his name, I'm very forgetful) and his son James (who prepped the tub) were VERY nice and personable. I had to be in and out for appointments during the time they were at the house and felt very confident leaving them in my home while I was away. I recommend Heiden to everyone I know."
