Program Summary

• Duration: 11 weeks, June 2nd 2025 – August 15th 2025 

• Site Visits 

• Weekly IKE Sessions (Information Knowledge Exchange) with Senior Leadership 

• Skills Workshops 

• Weekly Coffee Chats and Coffee with the CEO 

• Final projects and presentations

Qualifications/Description

• Recent junior, senior, or graduate student majoring in Analytics, Operations/Logistics, or Industrial Engineering
• Able to work 100% onsite in Elkton MD
• Proficient in Excel and SQL
• CAD acumen a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and cross functionally.
• Hardworking, curious, and eager to learn

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $20.00.
