Ready to take your warehouse skills to the next level?
We're looking for dynamic, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our fast-paced team in our NEW Consolidated Service Center (CSC) on the Nampa/Meridian border! In this role, you'll be involved in receiving, shipping, inventory management, and ensuring smooth operations across our warehouse.
- Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. (subject to change)
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
What You Can Expect In the CSC, you can expect to have a wide variety of roles and responsibilities, including:
- Efficiently picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision.
- Unloading, verifying, and stocking incoming shipments using technology and equipment.
- Conducting inventory audits and resolving discrepancies with accuracy.
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely.
- Collaborating with teams to ensure streamlined warehouse processes.
- Inspecting shipments for quality, damages, and defects.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and assist in stock rotation.
What You'll Bring - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving.
- Proficiency with warehouse technology and equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Team player mindset with a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications - No education or experience required
Preferred Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) + months' experience in a warehouse environment
- For Receiving Warehouse Associates:
- Loading/Unloading experience
- Lift experience (forklifts, reach trucks)
- For Fulfillment Warehouse Associates:
- Picking, packing, and shipping order experience.
- Experience unloading, verifying, and stocking incoming shipments using technology and equipment.
