About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, HR Operations to play a pivotal role in the strategic development and implementation of HR processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping HR operations strategy, leading process reengineering projects, and providing expertise in workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development. This role demands an exceptional communicator and leader who can ensure the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent. The VP of HR Operations will also be a key partner in proactively leveraging HR technology and will be expected to have a strong background in business processes and systems development related to HR, with a focus on HCM-related, cloud-based technologies. Applicants for the VP, HR Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business or technology, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, with a minimum of 10 years' in business processes and systems development related to HR. A minimum of 7 years' experience with HCM-related, cloud-based technologies is required. The ideal candidate will have certifications in HR and/or project management, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, project management software, and SAP, and a proven track record of strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The role also requires the ability to manage multiple projects, strong attention to detail, and the flexibility to adapt to changing work duties.
