• Coverage Type: Clinical Only.
• Coverage Period: 06/02/2025 - 08/29/2025.
• Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

• Patient Demographics: Adults.
• Patient Volume/Census: TBD.
• Case Mix: Urology.

FACILITY INFORMATION:

• Specialty Backup Available: Urology.
• Support Staff Available: Practice Manager.
• Reason for Coverage: Vacation Coverage.

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE:

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes.
• Temporary Privileges Available: Yes.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Rate: TBD.
• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered.

REQUIRED PROCEDURES:

• Urologic assessments.
• Minor procedures (if trained).
• Assistance in operative procedures (if applicable).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Licenses: Active NY State Physician Assistant License.
• Certifications: NCCPA Certification.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Urology.
• Other Qualifications: Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills; strong communication abilities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct patient assessments, including medical history and physical exams.
• Collaborate with supervising urologist on treatment plans.
• Diagnose and treat urological conditions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and treatment options.
