Human Resources Full-time **Talent Business Partner**Red Bull North AmericaChicago, United States RESPONSIBILITIES **Areas that play to your strengths**All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:* Identify department needs and opportunities through analysis and partnership and propose plans to solvePartner in overall process improvement across Talent departments as it relates to Talent Business PartnershipsSuggest and manage projects that enable TBP efficiencies and drive the talent agenda forwardProvide change management support with both large and small organizational changes, including creating timelines, communication plans, and employee movement documentsAct as the central point of contact for Talent Centers of Excellence rollouts* Partner with RLT to cultivate high performance and top talent within assigned regionIs the “local expert” on all talent in their assigned region and proactively manages bench strength and internal movementPartners with leadership and people managers in driving clear and actionable mid-year and year-end performance reviewsPartners with Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely filling of open roles and appropriate local strategyParticipates in the interview process for all Director+ rolesPartners with leadership and people managers to enable high engagement* Coordinator and/or facilitate all local, global, and compliance training programsEvangelize and support strengths-based people management, including coaching managers on all related toolsBuild momentum and traction for Red Bull’s ”entrepreneurial development philosophy” by coaching leadership and people managers* Proactively manage employee relations issues for full and part-time employee populations, conduct investigations as needed and provide clear direction/action to managersEnsure compliance of all Federal and State laws, as well as OFCCP* Coach leadership and managers on Red Bull compensation philosophy and drive managerial empowermentServe as local subject matter expert on basic compensation matters and redirect/escalate to the Total Rewards & Operations team as appropriate* Be an integral part of the annual people strategy planning process, building and executing against the regional people centric strategy for the regionCoach and empower client group to hire, develop and keep the best 11 players* A “local expert” on the talent who drives high-performance and provides results-yielding business partnership to the Leadership Teams, people managers and individual contributorsHigh performance and top talent in assigned client groupsCreates and maintains exceptional relationship with local TBPsBench strength/succession planningLeadership Teams and people managers are versed in Red Bull Talent processes and tools, as well as people management philosophiesEmployees understand the Red Bull entrepreneurial development model and drive their own development and growthEmployee relations issues are identified early, enabling management of same with speed and efficiencyMinimum 3-4 years of Human Resources experience, preferably as a Business Partner Experience in dealing with and successfully resolving varied and complex employee relations situations Experience facilitating client-facing Talent training programs Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information Experience in understanding and translating the priorities of the business and integrating the HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business Ability to influence and manage change and deal effectively with change management initiatives Ability to analyze data, identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction, performance, and retention Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, with familiarity of HR Information Systems * Travel 30-40%* Permanent* Benefits eligibleJOIN THE TEAM In your application we want to see your personal style - what makes you tick and why you think your next opportunity is here with us.This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa. The base salary range for this position is $92,000-$138,000+ cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
