Job Description
Social Media Manager – Drive the Digital Voice of a Leading Miami Hospitality Group
Onsite | Miami, FL | $80K–$90K
Are you a strategic thinker with serious creative firepower? A dynamic Miami-based restaurant group is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the charge in creating content that connects, converts, and captivates.
This isn’t your typical corporate social gig. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where storytelling meets strategy and no day looks the same. You’ll be the architect behind the brand’s digital presence, from managing content calendars to launching high-impact campaigns.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead and manage all social media platforms with a strong emphasis on planning, execution, and performance tracking
Schedule engaging, on-brand content a month in advance while remaining agile for real-time opportunities
Dive deep into platform analytics to inform smarter decisions and report on campaign performance
Coordinate and execute content shoots — from lifestyle photography to in-restaurant event coverage
Oversee Meta paid advertising campaigns with a focus on ROI and performance
Develop and implement compelling email marketing strategies
Manage website updates, keeping content fresh, accurate, and in line with promotions
Collaborate with in-house and freelance graphic designers to develop flyers and marketing materials
Assist in updating menus across multiple restaurant locations
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and visual identity
What We’re Looking For:
6–8 years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Manager or in a comparable digital marketing role
Strong understanding of analytics and data-driven strategy across major platforms
Proven skills in content creation, light graphic design, and brand storytelling
Proficiency with scheduling tools, email platforms, and basic website CMS
Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands is a major plus
Exceptionally organized and deadline-driven
Comfortable working outside of a 9-to-5 schedule — events, photoshoots, and urgent campaigns may require quick turnarounds
The Details:
Full-time, salaried role: $80,000–$90,000
This position is onsite at the corporate office located in Miami, FL
You’ll join a highly collaborative team that values speed, creativity, and results
If you live and breathe digital culture, have a sharp creative eye, and can turn analytics into action — we want to hear from you.
