Career Growth & Development - We invest in training and industry certifications to expand your skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist with achieving daily production goals set by the supervisor. Prioritize shell jobs and monitor dipping cycle goals per person per shift. Operate all shell room processes including slurry application, stuccoing, and paperwork (SOPs, time sheets, and check sheets). Maintain a clean, organized work environment following all housekeeping protocols. Request materials and supplies as needed to maintain flow. Wear all required PPE and follow hazardous materials handling and disposal procedures. Collaborate with the Wax Room and Engineering departments to improve part quality. Cross-train and support all functions in the burnout area. Follow all AS9100 quality standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Prior shell room or foundry experience is highly preferred. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, production-focused environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility and adaptability to changing job priorities. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques. Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
