Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Manager to join our team. As a Salesperson and Account manager specializing in selling leadership and team building workshops, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales targets, generate new leads, qualify prospects, handle existing leads, develop relationships with strategic clients, increase revenue from new and existing clients.

Responsibilities :

1. Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, networking events, and referrals.

2. Consultative Selling: Articulate the value proposition of our workshops and provide tailored recommendations to prospects based on their unique requirements. Manage the sale cycle from initiation to closure.

3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular follow-ups, nurturing leads, and providing exceptional customer service.

4. Appointment Setting: Schedule virtual or in-person meetings ensuring all necessary information is properly communicated.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align strategies, share insights, and provide feedback on lead quality and conversion rates.

6. Salesforce Management: Accurately input and track all lead and prospect information in Salesforce system, ensuring data integrity and providing regular updates.

7. Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, as measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue.

Requirements:

1. Proven Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the leadership development, training, or professional services industry.

2. Knowledge of Leadership and Team Building: Familiarity with leadership principles, team dynamics, and organizational development concepts is highly desirable.

3. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with

the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.

4. Results-oriented: Motivated by meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a track record of consistently achieving or surpassing goals.

5. Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

6. Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using Salesforce, sales automation tools, and other sales enablement technologies.

7. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
