LaSalle Network is hiring for a Remote Audit Document Reviewer to support a global organization in the food safety and quality industry. This position is ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail, a technical or scientific background, and a passion for accuracy. Audit Document Reviewer Responsibilities:

• Review and finalize audit documents submitted by food facility auditors

• Verify accuracy of audit responses, workpapers, and data

• Conduct grammar and spell checks; ensure all audit questions are fully addressed

• Enter and manage data accurately in internal systems

• Upload finalized documents to client-specific databases (e.g., Costco)

• Support with certification tracking and follow-up actions

• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure data is relayed clearly and correctly

• Communicate with auditors when clarification is needed

Audit Document Reviewer Requirements:

• Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related technical field

• Experience in food manufacturing or auditing preferred

• Strong written communication skills and eye for detail

• Proficient in grammar editing, data entry, and document quality control

• Remote work experience preferred; in-office training available if necessary

• Comfortable using proprietary systems (e.g., InTacct, CoFax)

• Prior office or administrative experience required

• Ability to work independently and follow structured processes

• Company provides laptop; access to personal monitor is a plus
