As we scale operations and expand our market presence, we are seeking a Market Director to lead a new market and drive strategic growth. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Market Director to oversee and optimize real estate operations within a designated market. This role involves managing acquisitions, dispositions, and overall market performance while leading a high-performing team to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute market expansion strategies to meet revenue, acquisition, and disposition goals through leadership, coaching, and team management. Lead and manage teams in acquisitions, dispositions, investor relations, and transaction coordination, ensuring productivity and performance targets are met. Analyze local market data, trends, competitive landscapes, and investment opportunities to inform strategic decision-making. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including company executives, VIP buyers, agents, JV partners, and vendors. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Act as an authorized signatory delegate, executing agreements on behalf of the firm. Optimize lead generation, deal flow, and transaction pipelines to maximize efficiency. Collaborate with executive leadership to set and achieve quarterly and annual market goals. Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports on market operations. Qualifications: Proven experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, sales, and leadership. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to analyze market data and identify profitable opportunities. Experience managing teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
