Job Description

Manpower is looking for an Experienced Recruiter who has recruited in the Construction / Road Infrastructure Industry for a Full Time Direct Hire / Permanent Placement position in Arvada, CO

Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish is a plus!) 
In Office Position in Arvada  
Pay: $60-$75k / year depending on experience

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers .

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for positions within construction and transportation companies.
    • Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with local driving schools, trucking associations, and other relevant organizations to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing:
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct phone, in-person, and video interviews to assess candidate skills and experience.
    • Utilize standardized interview questions and assessment tools to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Hiring Process Management:
    • Manage the entire hiring process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
    • Prepare and negotiate job offers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates and hiring activities.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Build strong relationships with candidates, providing them with timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing them with qualified candidates.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the construction or transportation infrastructure industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction industries, including relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Technology: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve recruitment challenges effectively.
  • Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.
