Position: Sr. Project Manager

Location – Alpharetta, Georgia, United States

FTE Position (ONSITE)

Job Description:

• Must have 8+ years' experience is required.
• Coordination and planning of environment hygiene and maintenance tasks across the WMT/Digital Direct technology footprint.
• Coordinate activities and timing with application and component owners as well as teams/roles engaged in execution to meet required deliverables and dates.
• Schedule, conduct, and attend meetings as required to meet service deliverables and execution targets.
• Maintain hygiene and maintenance reporting and dashboards for planning/timing, execution status, and compliance state.
• Participate in required planning meetings with customers, team members, risk teams, etc.
• Ensure hygiene and maintenance processes and procedures comply with corporate policy and solution standards.
• Collaborate with service owners and control organizations to take in requirements, such as new vulnerabilities and remediation service targets, and adjust plans to accommodate delivery to meet SLO’s.
• Maintain risk and issues log and work with MS Management team to mitigate/resolve.
• Leverage JIRA planning tools and ITSM Change Management tooling to comply with records management requirements.
• Capture and manage to completion any issues/incidents that occur based on hygiene and maintenance task execution.
• Conduct regular review sessions to evaluate productivity and effectiveness and collaborate with aligned teams on continuous improvement opportunities.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions for future references.
• Hygiene and Maintenance task coverage to include but not limited to:

Must have skills.

1. Vulnerability management and remediation
2. OS and application patching
3. Password rotation
4. Configuration consistency
5. Complex system reboots
6. Baseline configuration and security standards drift management
7. Package and deployment setting environment parity and drift management
8. Binding inaccuracy remediation
9. SW EOL upgrades and remediation
10. Asset decommissioning status
11. BIOS/Firmware updates

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
