Job Summary:
Acting as a key member of the Banking Portfolio finance team, this is a wide-ranging role supporting financial oversight of the Portfolio and integration of newly acquired businesses. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of all consolidated financial information and reporting, as well as working closely with various senior leaders within the Group team and operating business units to deliver "best in class" financial support.

Job Description:

• Provide leadership and support for the financial functions across the Banking Portfolio
• Work with Business Unit Financial Controllers to ensure the accuracy, integrity and completeness of the accounting records and financial statements in accordance with IFRS and corporate policies.
• Continual review of month end processes, documentation, and controls to ensure month end runs smoothly at the Portfolio Level
• Support business units to ensure effective accounting systems and processes are implemented across all Portfolio business units
• Work closely with other internal teams to embed financial understanding at all levels across business units
• Oversee all financial audits across the Group including internal audit, corporate audit, and standalone audits
• Liaise Corporate Finance & Tax as needed
• Assist on the financial integration of newly acquired businesses into the Group including reporting on financial results against investment memorandums
• Oversight of financial planning and analysis including consolidated management reporting that remains relevant to support decision making
• Oversight of Internal Audit functions of the underlying business units
• Produce and provide ad hoc finance related reports and projects to Portfolio CFO, Portfolio Manager and corporate as required
• Implementation of a change management culture by challenging & replacing established processes and procedures where necessary.
• Uphold and enforce an environment of ethical practices.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by Management
