YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Our Outdoor Product Sales Rep works 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday .

You're a key driver of our revenue growth, actively connecting with current and new clients to sell products such as BBQ pits, outdoor fireplaces, and gas grills. With a polite and professional attitude, you build rapport with clients, learn about their individual needs, and recommend the appropriate products. You explain the benefits of our products, conduct hands-on demonstrations, and address concerns to close deals.

Keeping track of your sales progress, you tweak strategies as needed to elevate the shopping experience and increase your success. You accurately process transactions, track client interactions, and follow up with customers to guarantee satisfaction. You're motivated to meet and exceed your targets, staying ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to keep your strategies sharp.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in outdoor living products, home improvement, or a related field connected to the construction industry
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and increasing revenue - please include specific achievements in your resume or application!
  • Knowledge about the outdoor living and hardscape sectors
  • Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory, and effectively promote products and their benefits
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office and various sales tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport
  • Self-motivation to meet goals and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Comfort with working indoors and outdoors
  • High school diploma or equivalent

The following criteria would be preferred but aren't required:

  • B2B sales experience
  • Knowledge of construction specifications, blueprints, and project timelines
  • College degree
