Position Title: Menu Operations Associate

Location: New York, United States (Fully Remote)

Duration: 03+ Months with the Potential to extend

Pay Rate: $44.66 - $47.85 per hour on W2

Schedule: 20-40 hours per week, flexible based on business needs

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Menu Operations Associate to support menu UI initiatives and item quality across a dynamic digital marketplace. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to improve menu data, implement scalable updates, and support strategic enhancements to customer and merchant experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on menu item quality metrics and current menu data
• Enhance restaurant menu listings by adding metadata and tags
• Execute bulk updates to menu items, including photos and descriptions
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align with best practices
• Track performance metrics such as sales volume, GMV, and attachment rates
• Conduct interviews with merchants and customers to gather user insights
• Handle ad hoc menu update requests in line with business goals
• Develop educational materials for new menu features (e.g., pitch decks)
• Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize operational processes

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in SQL and data-driven reporting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute multi-step processes accurately
• Comfortable using collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and Google Sheets
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks across various workstreams
• Quick learner and adaptable in a tech-enabled environment

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Background in operations, data analysis, or product support is a plus
