Position Title: Marketing Manager

Working Location: Chicago, IL [Hybrid, 2 days in office]

Contract Duration: 12 months with possible extension

Pay: $50-$53/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key partners across various functions (e.g., marketing, analytics, legal, risk, compliance) to drive growth within U.S. customer segments.
• Serve as a trusted partner to segment/product teams, helping develop customer-centered marketing strategies.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement in marketing and business alignment.
• Track and report on metrics, budgets, and ROI, ensuring goals are met and results are measurable.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners (e.g., agencies) for creative execution and sales collateral.
• Manage project reporting, intake calls, and status updates as needed.
• Help manage segment budgets and identify emerging trends in the industry.
• Support execution of marketing plans and collaborate on segment-specific initiatives.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in regulated industries.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
• Experience with segment or multicultural marketing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments and navigate ambiguity.
