Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software QA Engineer with over 3 years of experience in quality assurance, test planning, and risk assessment. The ideal candidate will ensure software reliability and performance by creating and executing comprehensive test strategies across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform risk assessments and escalate critical issues early in the QA cycle
- Execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve defects
- Create and maintain QA reports, track defects using tools like JIRA
- Ensure all releases meet performance, usability, and security standards

Requirements:

Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on QA experience in a software development environment
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test lifecycle, and risk-based testing
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
- Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Postman)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
