Cornerstones of Maine is excited to announce an opportunity to join our growing team as a Licensed Psychotherapist within our residential young adult mental health program. For nearly a decade, we’ve been providing evidence-based, research-driven mental health services to young adults.

Our program is designed to support young adults who are navigating the challenges of transitioning to independence while learning to manage their mental health. We use an integrated therapeutic model, with psychotherapists managing a small caseload of clients and providing individual, group, and family therapy. The therapeutic environment fosters a collaborative, team-based approach, allowing staff to work together in supporting each client’s progress. This position offers an exciting blend of hands-on clinical work and the chance for in-depth exploration and development of clinical skills.
This position will provide services at our Biddeford, Kennebunkport and Portland residences.

Required skills and experience:
We are currently seeking a dynamic licensed psychotherapist with minimum 5 years of direct clinical experience working in mental health settings with adolescents and/or young adults. Our applicant should have a strong understanding of clinical work. Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
