The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) position offers the opportunity for fully-licensed social workers to launch or grow a private practice remotely while earning competitive pay. Headway provides essential support in credentialing, billing, and marketing to streamline the process of providing mental healthcare. This flexible role allows clinicians to set their own hours, see clients in-person or virtually, and focus on expanding their caseloads efficiently.

Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour
