Job description:
- Work with SVP of Investor Relations on firm’s IR and fundraising program across two fund strategies and multiple fund and co-investment vehicles
- Update and maintain IR and fundraising and marketing materials
- Aggregate portfolio company data and analytics quarterly or for ad hoc LP requests
- Track all LP communication and information within the firm’s CRM
- Assist completion of all diligence processes for fundraises including but not limited to: due diligence questionnaires, portfolio company excels and additional bespoke LP data requests
- Manage virtual data rooms for fundraises including users and materials
- Support team in planning, logistics and presentation creation for annual meeting and advisory board
- Attend limited partner meetings and conferences
- Collaborate with investment team and work closely with CFO, compliance and operations professionals
- Assist with limited partner research and coordinate meetings
Job requirements and personal attributes:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years relevant experience in private equity, investor relations, fundraising or wealth management
- Understanding of investment structures, financial reporting, and fund operations
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to distill complex investment concepts
- Polished and professional team player with optimistic mindset
- Ability to multi-task, detail oriented and remain organized across multiple projects/work streams
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite and ability to navigate CRM platform
- Eligible to work in the United States
Compensation and benefits:
- $90-120k plus discretionary bonus; carried interest participation in funds raised
