Job Duties:

• Inspect and diagnose HVAC systems
• Perform equipment repairs & replacements
• Respond to emergency service requests
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Educate customers on HVAC parts and products when necessary
• Build accurate repair quotes
• Train junior team members
• Communicate with clients and customers
• Understand and adhere to all safety policies & procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years HVAC experience
• EPA certified (or willing to become certified immediately).
• Willing to work on Commercial AND Residential HVAC equipment.
• Willing to partake in on-call rotation, for after-hours emergency service requests.
• Ability to create relationships centered around teamwork, trust and mutual respect among co-workers.
• Willing to improve & learn the latest technology
• Must have valid driver’s license & good driving record!
