House Manager / Right Hand / Chaos Coordinator — Master of Meals and Manager of All The Moving Parts I’m looking for someone to be my person— the one who knows how I think, sees what’s coming before I do, and helps me run life smoothly behind the scenes. From meals and laundry to calendar management and kid logistics, this role is about stepping in so I can focus on my real estate business and my family without burning out. Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (flexible hour lunch break) I'll need availability during these hours, but won't need you to be sitting around if there is nothing to do. You'll be treated like a professional with a lot of responsibility but also a lot of trust! Pay: $ 50,000/year, 2 weeks PTO I’m looking for someone proactive, flexible, sharp, and good at managing life behind the scenes. This is a long-term role (5+ years preferred). Responsibilities: What you’d handle: • All things food: Meal planning, grocery shopping, and light dinner prep • Laundry: Washing, folding, and putting away (for 5 people!) • Childcare: During school breaks, sick days, and all summer • Calendar + chaos management: Appointments, errands, kids’ activities, and more • Household upkeep: Dishes, dry cleaning, sweeping, restocking, and handling what needs handling (before I even realize it). Position does NOT require deep housecleaning.
