About the Role
The Company is seeking a new Head of School to lead its unique and innovative educational institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for building on the school's current foundation, moving it towards institutional sustainability, and partnering with the board and school community to chart a path for the future. The role involves being a strategic visionary, a capable manager, and a hands-on leader, with a strong emphasis on embracing the school's values and experiential approach to education. While not mandatory, fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable, and the ideal candidate will have a multicultural and international perspective. Applicants for the Head of School position at the company should be passionate about experiential and play-based education, as well as the instillation of values that foster the development of confident, contributing members of society. The role requires a skilled educator with a background in bilingual education and a deep understanding of child development and emerging educational philosophies. The new Head will face the challenge of refining the school's curricular and extracurricular activities, professionalizing HR processes, and ensuring the academic quality of all programs.
