Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator in our White Bear Lake, MN facility! Your Shift: 1st Shift; Monday - Friday with Saturday as needed, 7:00 am – 4:30 pm, starting as early as 5:00 am depending on workload. Responsibilities include reviewing cutting work orders for special instructions, ensuring production deadlines are met, cutting and boxing finished work orders, ensuring quality standards of cut products, cleaning, servicing, adjusting, and making routine equipment repairs, maintaining records of production output, ensuring required resources are available to complete jobs, evaluating output and making adjustments for desired cut quality, responding to fault/error/alert messages, contacting customer support as necessary, monitoring and reporting environmental changes impacting equipment performance, ensuring proper paper handling, conditioning, and loading, and making productivity recommendations to workflow. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic mechanical abilities and motor skills, ability to bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), and twist, knowledge of various cutting systems and finishing operations, experience operating high volume, networked systems, and desktop application and related cutting software experience.
