Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Understand stakeholder needs and facilitate requirements gathering sessions.
• Coordination and facilitation of meetings for business process review.
• Create and maintain an accurate project schedule.
• Partner with Subways SME’s to complete required project documentation in line with program standards including, but not limited to: scope and schedule, functional requirements, As-Is and To-Be process flows, project status and summary reports.
• Documentation, mitigation and escalation of project risks and issues, as needed.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading a large-scale EAM type project.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• In depth knowledge and experience implementing Hexagon EAM.
• 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry is preferred.
• Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Intermediate to advanced project management skills with proven ability to work within and independently facilitate cross-functional teams and work groups as needed.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Visio.
