About the Role

This critical position involves analyzing investment offerings, assessing risk, and providing clarity on complex alternative investment products to empower wealth managers. As a Due Diligence Manager, you will:

  • Conduct due diligence analyses of alternative investments, focusing on legal aspects such as governance, investment terms, asset purchase structures, and other key details of illiquid securities offerings.
  • Evaluate complex product structures and prioritize potential risks.
  • Review sponsor/manager business operations, governance processes, risk management strategies, and succession plans through operational due diligence assessments.
  • Write and deliver comprehensive, detail-focused due diligence reports.
  • Manage due diligence projects to meet timelines and expectations.
  • Perform quality reviews of assessments conducted by internal team members.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and client meetings.
