Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager with a unique talent for unraveling complexity and driving progress through structured execution. This role requires someone deeply comfortable with details—someone who thrives in managing intricate marketing projects and ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:
⚫Serve as the eyes and ears of the CEO in managing a high-impact marketing project.
⚫Translate complexity into clarity, breaking down detailed tasks and ensuring smooth execution.
⚫Track progress, set priorities, and ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
⚫Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear expectations.
⚫Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve challenges before they become roadblocks.
⚫Maintain a deep level of organization to ensure every moving part is accounted for.

What We’re Looking For:
⚫Highly detail-oriented with a strong ability to track and manage multiple moving parts.
⚫A strategic thinker who can simplify complex initiatives and create actionable plans.
⚫Excellent communicator—able to articulate ideas clearly in writing and verbally.
⚫Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
⚫Experience in marketing projects is a plus but not required.
⚫This role requires someone who is methodical, thorough, and exceptionally organized—someone who loves details and can seamlessly navigate intricate workflows.
