Hiring Bonus (with perfect attendance, no tardies and no complaints)

• $250 after 60 days with no absences, tardies or complaints
• $500 after 90 days with no absences, tardies or complaints
• Extra $100 at the end of 90 days for those who start before 12/23/24.

On Target Earnings (Base Hourly PLUS Yearly Bonus): Up to $21 Per Hour Average – PLUS TIPS - Prefer 3 years cleaning experience

NOTE: Clean Heart Maids hires W2 employees – Legally! DO NOT BE SCAMMED by other “cleaning companies” who will try to pay you as an independent contractor to skirt around paying the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) required employer’s taxes (until they are caught) and transfer this tax on to their workers to pay. They also try to save on insurance costs by purposely classifying their worker’s incorrectly, which also can ultimately create liability concerns for their workers as they could possibly be excluded from coverage (uninsured) while working. Regarding these other cleaning companies who purposely misclassify their workers illegally as independent contractors, begs the question…WHAT ELSE ARE THEY ARE THEY DOING ILLEGALLY AND ARE THESE THE TYPE OF BUESINEESES YOU WANT TO WORK FOR AND PUT YOUR TRUST IN?
