Job Description

Experis is seeking at-the-elbow support for an upcoming Epic Go-Live with a Hospital System located in San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas. We are seeking Epic Go-Live Consultants who have experience working with Epic as a trainer and/or end-user to support Physicians, Clinicians, and Front Desk staff during this EMR rollout.

*We are only seeking ATE's with OpTime/Anesthesia, Cupid, Beacon, Bugsy, Willow, or Stork Experience (Day Shift Only)

Job Title:  Epic Go-Live Consultant

Location:  San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas
Pay Range:  

• $30/hour W2 for weekly schedules more than > 60 hours per week
• $32/hour W2 for weekly schedules less than < 60 hours per week
• Rates are non-negotiable 

• Meal Per Diem: $50 Daily, without receipts What’s the Job?
• Go-Live Start Date: 3/1 – 3/22 (Travel starts 2/25 but depends on assignment)
• Project Length: 2-3 Weeks
• Hours: Between  40-60 HRS/Week on average
• Day Shifts Only 

• Epic Modules Supporting: OpTime/Anesthesia, Cupid, Beacon, Bugsy, Willow, and Stork
•   What’s Needed?
• Must have prior experience with one of the modules listed above
• Prior experience supporting at least 3 Epic Go-Lives, preferred
• Must be able to complete onboarding, including drug screen and background check
• Two step TB within 45 days of the start of project (or Quanitferon/CXR within a year)
• Covid and Flu Vaccination *No exemptions will be accepted by the client
