Key Responsibilities: - Restock the bar with liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and glassware.
- Keep the bar clean and tidy - wash glassware, wipe counters, and toss empty bottles and trash.
- Help bartenders by prepping cocktail ingredients, filling ice bins, and running drinks to guests when needed.
- Work with bartenders and servers to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements - Previous experience as a runner/busser/barback in a fine-dining setting preferred.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously, such as restocking supplies while assisting bartenders and attending to guest needs.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the bar staff and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, especially during busy service periods.
- Keen eye for detail to ensure cleanliness, organization, and accuracy in restocking supplies.
- Required food and alcohol certifications.
