Salary: 112,000 - 145,000 USD per year Requirements:

• We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
• Strong experience in AEM support engineering, system engineering, frontend, backend, and authoring.
• A solid understanding of AEM architecture and best practices.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving AEM-related issues.
• Strong collaboration skills with frontend and backend developers.
• Experience in optimizing AEM solutions for scalability and performance.
• Knowledge of Sales and Marketing domains is a plus.
• Experience in conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
• Staying current with AEM features and industry trends.
• Experience in planning and executing AEM upgrades and migrations.
• Skills in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Ability to provide effective training and support to end-users.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project success.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, I will expect you to:
• Lead the design and implementation of AEM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AEM-related issues.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to ensure seamless integration of AEM with other systems.
• Develop and maintain AEM authoring tools to enhance content creation and management.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of AEM solutions through regular monitoring and optimization.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers on best practices and coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions.
• Participate in the planning and execution of AEM upgrades and migrations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for AEM solutions and processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on AEM authoring and content management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.

More:

The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 and $145,000, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additionally, this position is eligible for our discretionary annual incentive program, which is based on performance and subject to terms of our applicable plans.
