2nd Shift Operations Manager – Food Manufacturing
We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on leader to take ownership of our second shift operations at a fast-paced, high-output packaging facility. With our previous manager promoted and expansion in full swing, we’re adding fresh leadership to keep our momentum going strong.

If you thrive in an environment where no two days are the same and your impact is felt shift after shift, keep reading.

• Strong cross-functional support from quality, logistics, and leadership teams
• Streamlined plant with established safety and compliance procedures
• Preference for local candidates; relocation may be considered individually
Responsibilities
• Run second shift operations across multiple lines, ensuring production goals are met without compromising safety or quality
• Manage four shift supervisors and oversee 90–100 team members to keep flow, productivity, and morale on point

• Coordinate with warehouse and QA teams to maintain product integrity and schedule adherence
• Lead performance discussions and daily huddles; build a team culture based on trust and accountability
• Use ERP systems and reporting tools to track labor efficiency, downtime, and materials usage
